Description
Production of high-quality printed materials for the Trust using the inhouse digital print production equipment.

Operating as required all print room machinery within manufacturers guidelines, ensuring all technical faults, down time is reported to contractual supplier and departmental supervisor.

Responsible for the finishing, packing, and dispatching of work in the department in accordance with scheduled delivery dates.

Contribute to the maintenance of a tidy work environment, to ensure that the team comply to health and safety guidelines.

Input print room requests onto the departments system and follow up enquiries proactively. Adjust artwork where necessary, attention to detail for accuracy and how the artwork fits/prints onto the page. Help to improve the effectiveness and working practices of the print room. To work as part of a team and to participate in team and clinical meetings as appropriate.


Exercise judgement when analysing and dealing with enquiries, complaints, and requests for information in line with department and trust guidelines, policies and procedures.
