Description

TMI Foods is a Food Manufacturing business that produces food products (mainly pork based products) in accordance with Food Safety regulations and requirements.

TMI Foods is a subsidiary of Dawn Farm Foods, the leading cooked and fermented meats company in Europe.


This role is based on site and the working hours are
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break.

Key/Main duties will be:_

- _
Visitors to site_ - to be the first point of contact to all visitors, have them complete the visitor signing in process and complete relevant forms, welcome messages on screen, and carry of verification of the visitor (where required).
- _
Switchboard_ _- _To manage the switchboard system and answer / transfer call in a professional manner.
- _
Post - _to sort out, distribute and manage all incoming and outgoing post
- _
Hosting -_ to set up meeting rooms for visits with refreshments, plating up pre-prepared lunch, replenishment or crockery, cutlery and refreshments during important visits, sorting out PPE for visitors
- _
Stationary -_ to manage the storing, ordering and replenishment of stationary for the site
- _
Refreshments / Canteen / Office Kitchen -_ to manage the storing, ordering and replenishment of items
- _
PPE -_ to manage the storing, ordering, allocating and tracking of PPE issued to staff and visitors.
- _
First Aid Room -_ ensuring there is enough stock in the first aid room and sufficient supply for first aid boxes
- _
Access Badges -_ To manage the process of issuing and deactivating of access badges to visitors and contractors.
- _
Minutes -_ to type of any meeting minutes.
- _
HR Systems -_ to update and maintain all the HR Systems with employee information.
- _
Training -_ to support in logging training information onto the Nvolve Training System
- _
Admin Support - _To support the HR & Payroll Officer / Senior HR Manager will any administration requirements.

Skills, qualifications and experience_

  • Competent user of Microsoft office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Some previous reception / administration experience desirable
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Fluent in English verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication skills calm, courteous, professional
  • Well presented.
  • Highly organised, good planner and ability to multitask
  • Excellent timekeeping / punctual
  • Ability to remain confidential, discrete, and professional at all times.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Some experience of using SharePoint desirable
  • A strong team player

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
