Trainee Recruitment Consultant Wanted

Our client is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join their team and take advantage of the exciting opportunities available withinour business.

A 2.1 degree or above
Over 6 months experience in a sales environment (e.g. call center, banking, telesales, estate agency, brokering, mobile phone shops, etc.)
Passion for hitting targets and working in a competitive environment
Strong communication skills
Drive, determination, ambition, energy, and resilience

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the software sales/SAAS markets.

You will receive bespoke training and development from our Director of Training, as well as support from a dedicated teamof experienced business development professionals.

- £25,000 basic salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure, with a realistic first-year OTE of £35,000
