Specialist Administrator urgently required for this growing team. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join an established and well-respected business based in East York.
This is a permanent roll support this exceptional team with a range of Administrative duties. This varied role includes;
- General administration
- Logging information on Excel
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Speaking to clients (over the phone).
- Collating information
- Logging information on the database
- Supporting Facilities Management operational staff
- Logging soft service issues and jobs
- Collating information
- l information to support the contract
Essential requirements are;
- Experience of Excel
- Good allround administration experience
- Good IT administrative skills (Word, Outlook and Excel),
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Hybrid working - 2 days per week working from home (Thursdays and Fridays after probation). 3 days per week in the office.
