8.00am - 4.30pm

The Client

Our Client are a Nationwide Facilities & Property Management Company who provide domestic & building maintenance solutions across the Country.

Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Administrator to work from their offices in Dudley.


The Role

You will join their Facilities team and will be required to provide Administration support and to coordinate all the office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to the company policies and records.

Duties:Answering the phones and logging all calls and monitoring to completion
Create and update records and databases
General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc.
Scanning documents and filing electronically
Receiving post and distributing
Setting up packs for properties,
Producing letters / leaflets / newsletters
Ordering stationery
Booking appointments & surveys
Any other general ad hoc Administration tasks


Skills:

Must have a minimum of 2 years office Administration experience
Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiative
Must be able to prioritise a very busy workload
Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Must be PC Literate with strong system skills
Must have strong attention to detail


Benefits
