Contracts Administrator

Duties
- Assist the Contracts Department, and in particular the Contracts Manager, in the delivery of the contract to include liaising with other departments within the Company
- Assist in the management and performance of off location contracts
- Assist in the management of contract variations to support the Contracts Manager
- Making full use of your communication, negotiating, influencing, analysing, problem solving, planning, and organising skills
- Direct team members allocating tasking within a busy team
- All other duties as required and directed by management which would reasonably fall within the job title.
Essential Criteria
- Ideally educated to Degree level with at least 1 year's previous experience working in a construction related industry or a strong administration background with knowledge of the construction industry.
- Familiarity and understanding of construction terms and knowledge
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Confident in communication, negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, direct and manage
