Our very established and well recognised client, based in Knebworth are now in the market for an Operations Administrator to join their team.
General Purpose of the Job
As an Operations Administrator, you are a crucial in providing support within various areas of the business operations including but not limited to Production, Facilities, H&S, Quality and Environment, Logistics
Your responsibilities
- Ensure documents are recorded and filed correctly
- Maintain and contribute to improvement of internal procedures and processes
- Ensure effective communication with team members and company stakeholders
- Produce monthly/weekly reports relating to production, shipments, and stock levels
- Perform Data analysis using Excel and SAP
- Handle and resolve internal and external stakeholder's enquiries
- Provide SAP support across Production, Facilities, H&S, Quality and Environment, Logistics Departments
Essential Skills
Your profile
- You have experience in a similar role preferably in an international company
- You are an inspirational, motivated, and creative employee that connects to our customers and takes ownership in delivering excellent service
- You are comfortable to work in a pressurised environment
- You have very strong organisational and communication skills
- You are very familiar with MS Office, including a great command of Excel and Power Point
- You are an experienced user of SAP sound knowledge of logistics and production modules
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent
- You work effectively in a team, as well as on your own
- You are prepared to work in the office with possibility of working from home up to 2 days a week
