Description

On behalf of our client, a leading services outsourcing business, Procure Recruitment Group are searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support their key procurement team.

Working on an optional hybrid basis, this is a great opportunity.

The team are responsible for managing the supplier relationships across the business.


The main duties include:

  • Ensuring service order requests are completed in adherence with agreed SLA's and KPI's
  • Troubleshooting supplier and client issues
  • Monitoring order requests
  • Information sharing with customers; updates on service delivery and issue resolution
  • Coordinating transfer of works between suppliers
  • Continuously reviewing internal processes
  • Conduct weekly supplier performance meetings
  • Identifying and escalating potential risks to the performance of the supply chain

  • Logistical and planning skills

Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
