Role overview:

To support the Head of Department and Wholesale Operations coordinator in delivering on time in full deliveries to wholesaler customers

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in maintaining orders in company systems ensuring they are up to date.
Order customer labels
Complete customer data forms/ keep customer portals up to date
Communicate with customers any changes
Assist with the shipping of customer orders; liaising with the warehouse and creating carton labels.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Wholesale environment.
Previous experience working with wholesalers such as Zalando/ASOS/Urban
Excellent Excel skills
Flexible work approach, great communication skills and ability to liaise with all departments
Accuracy with great attention to detail
Ability to remain calm under pressure, managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
Excellent administration and organizational skills, a keen problemsolver
