Looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? Do you have experience working as a youth worker? If so, Tradewind Recruitment is looking for you We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to work as Teaching Assistants inschools across Cardiff.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and working with small groups or individuals.
  • Providing pastoral support to students, including emotional and behavioural support.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of individual education plans.
  • Helping to create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encouraging and motivating students to participate in classroom activities.
