The Nutrition and Dietetics Service at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is excited to recruit a to a clinical specialist in paediatric allergy services to work within our regional specialist allergy centre.


This is an exciting new role at an exciting time for Dietetics, Allied Health Professionals and Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS trust as we seek to prepare for our move to the brand new Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital in 2024 bringing lots of opportunities for future development.


You would be joining our ambitious and forward-thinking therapies structure and the duties of this exciting role will include management of service users in a paediatric allergy outpatient service.

You would be providing care and support to children, parents and carers requiring specialist dietary advice in relation to allergies amongst a varied caseload.


This post strongly aligns with the MDT and post registration dietetic experience in paediatric allergy and a genuine interest and enthusiasm to specialise in paediatric allergy is essential.

In addition to working in paediatric allergy it is expected that cover across other areas of paediatric diabetes including general ward patients may be required from time to time.
