Protocol Education are working with a School in Aylesbury who are looking for 3 Learning Support assistants for their early years classroom for the summer term, starting in April until the end of the academic year.

Your Role:
As a Level 3 Qualified Support assistant, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years
Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments
- Planning and implementing ageappropriate activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and assessing children's progress
- Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
