Social Worker|Children With Disabilities|Northwest|£34K-£40Kp/a
I'm currently working closely with councils based in the Northwest of England, who are looking to hire experienced social workers to their children with disabilities team

Job Duties:

  • Support children and young people from birth to aged 18 and Care Leavers up to age 25 who have severe and profound disabilities, and their families
  • Undertaking assessments
  • Supporting Children in Need, Children in Our Care and Care Leavers
  • Undertaking safeguarding and court work
  • Complex multiagency planning
  • Work within the Mental Capacity Act and supporting the transition to adulthood

Experience:


  • Qualification in Social work + 2 Years post Qual. Experience
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS/Update service
