The framework is heading into its latest Asset Management Period, known as AMP 7 which will the delivery of a £1.8bn programme of work over the next five years.


Lead and advise the business improvement and change management support service across the business to ensure successful delivery of the Transformation, Innovation, Performance and Change Management projects.


Ensure all aspects of performance and change management are being implemented across the organisation, influencing and challenging when needed to ensure that the Alliance teams maximise performance and minimise risk.


Duties:
You'll lead and manage two teams within the Alliance: The Performance Management team and the Change Management Team.

This will be an integral role linking into the management teams across the alliance business units, providing quality performanceand change management support.

The Performance Management function provides robust quality and insights into the performance of the Alliance.

Ensuring consistent, effective, and efficient performance management and reporting, which enables the Alliance to make informed decisions, maximiseopportunities to drive efficiency and minimise risk.


The Change Management function provides project and change management support to the strategic change programmes within the Alliance; ensuring that transformational change projects land and are embedded into day-to-day delivery and provide prioritisationfor strategic change programmes and embedding change management skills across the alliance.


You will also provide project and change management for the implementation of the
SAP system into the Alliance, and work in collaboration with the wider Anglian Water
SAP change and Programme delivery team.

You'll be responsible for ensuring there is adequatesupport and resource to deliver a seamless transition in the system implementation for the Site and Office teams with mínimal disruption.

Building strong relationships with the business unit team and key stakeholders for the Alliance. Build and maintain an effective and functionally flexible team and provide effective line management to direct reports.


Develop a fully integrated, high performing Performance and Change team; with performance, insight and change capability, that will provide the skills for managing, motivating, and inspiring team members across the Alliance to drive performance.


Promote a learning culture that encourages the use of initiative and supports personal and team development through team and individual performance appraisal and reviews.


Responsible for the provision of performance information for the business unit, including developing a suite of performance KPI reporting, spanning all the key measurements of Alliance.

Key member of the Change Governance Process (TAP), where decisions on strategic change programmes are made.

Embed Change principals across the Alliance using tools and technics available such as proscis.


Developing the change management function into delivering high quality change programmes and proving the necessary support and guidance to teams that will be delivering transformation programmes.


Experience:

Proven experience of working in a performance environment, with a solid understanding of how people view and adapt to change and the role you play in implementing new ways of working and thinking across a complex organisation.


Experience in developing a performance reporting framework and development of reporting software and have a track record of delivering change whilst successfully managing large stakeholder groups.


A dynamic personality with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and wide support networks, with the ability to create concise and insightful communications for dissemination to all stakeholder groups.

First rate people management skills and experience, flexible and able to challenge operational management at all levels
