Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor, to join a successful Birmingham secondary school, starting immediately.

This role is for the duration of the academic year, paying up to £80 a day. The school is located near to the Selly Oak area and is easily commutable by train and bus.

To join us and be successful in this Cover Supervisor role you will need to:

Have minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE passes at C Grade or above, including Maths and English.
Have previous experience working with 1116 year old's
Have a positive attitude and desire to work in education
Have confidence managing behaviour within a classroom setting
Be a passionate and hardworking individual, with the capacity to work with a variety of ability students.
Be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
