You'll work in one of the most progressive and innovative Informatics departments in the NHS, backed by significant multi-million pound investment.

From introducing enterprise-wide Electronic Patient Records (EPR) to data warehousing and business intelligence that support the decision-making of clinical and operational staff, we're using technology to increase organisational efficiency and improve patient health outcomes.

The post holder is responsible for ensuring the Trust's data is accurate, valid, consistent and has integrity.

The post holder will action error reports from the NHS Number Tracing service and from the Patient Administration System (PAS) Hive Electronic Patient Record.

High standards of Data Quality must be maintained at

all times to ensure the flow of Data to the Secondary Uses Service (SUS), by dealing with missing data reports, correcting Commissioning Data Set (CDS) errors and resolving contractual challenges to data on the Patient Administration System.

The postholder will support the monitoring and delivery of the Trust's clinical and administrative processes.
