Brand Ambassador in Hatfield

Salary:
Basic £30,000, OTE £50,000 (Uncapped)

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, / Flexible weekends due to events

Our client is seeking a fully trained Brand Ambassador to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy supercar dealer.

You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

To ensure that all customers and visitors are greeted both personally and over the telephone in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner; and to make sure they are put in touch with the person they wish or need to deal with as quickly as possible.
To greet customers and visitors in a friendly manner; either introduce them to the person they have come to see or sit them down in the customer waiting area. Offer coffee and refreshments where appropriate, inform the person they have come to see of theirarrival, and make sure they are comfortable whilst waiting.
Establishing a good image and relationship with people who we deliver to or collect from, including other branches acting as ambassadors for the dealership.
To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of Customer Service and to work towards further improving our CSI ratings.
To organise the loading of the workshop in such a manner that ensures efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities, coordinated with the Service Manager to maintain and build the volume of work within the Workshop.
Ability to maintain and cleanse the Kerridge database to ensure effectiveness of customer contact and to produce accurate information and statistics in order to satisfy the needs of the Manufacture and the dealership.
To build up a good working knowledge of Genuine Accessories to allow you to confidently communicate with customers
To prepare personalised PDF broachers of suitable for customers
To record personalised Accessory videos.
To liaise with The Service Manager, Marketing and Social Media to plan and execute marketing activity.
To liaise with Sales Manager to prospect to customers purchasing New and Used cars
