Referral and Assessment Social worker - Low Case Load - Hybrid working

NonStop Care is working with a well-established local authority in the West Yorkshire area that is looking for an experienced social worker to join their referrals and assessment team.

You will be a part of a team that allows hybrid working flexibility ensuring that you can plan your own diary and secure a healthy work-life balance.

The local authority offers a manageable caseload meaning you won't be overworked or stressed and can provide the best level of work possible to service users between duty weeks.

Responsibilities

Undertakes child and family single assessments and prebirth assessments as well as section 47 enquiries.
Cover all aspects of planning, up until the appropriate transfer point

Requirements:

An accredited qualified social worker degree
Experience working with referrals and assessments.
Ideally have completed there ASYE
Full drivers license
