Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking skilled ODPs to join a welcoming and supportive team in Cambridge. Operating across a diverse spectrum of surgical procedures, you will play a crucial role in assessing and supporting patients within a dynamic caseload.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exemplary patient care, undertaking Scrub, anaesthetic, and/or recovery duties in a theatre setting.
- Assess patient health and wellbeing within a varied caseload.
- Contribute to quality improvements and promote best practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse or ODP with anaesthetics, recovery, or scrub experience.
- Valid NMC or HCPC pin without conditions or restrictions.
- Ability to foster and maintain consultant relationships.
- Strong communication skills.
