Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking skilled ODPs to join a welcoming and supportive team in Cambridge. Operating across a diverse spectrum of surgical procedures, you will play a crucial role in assessing and supporting patients within a dynamic caseload.

Emphasis is placed on promoting best practices, contributing to quality enhancements, and effectively managing data for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:


  • Deliver exemplary patient care, undertaking Scrub, anaesthetic, and/or recovery duties in a theatre setting.
  • Assess patient health and wellbeing within a varied caseload.
  • Contribute to quality improvements and promote best practices.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Nurse or ODP with anaesthetics, recovery, or scrub experience.
  • Valid NMC or HCPC pin without conditions or restrictions.
  • Ability to foster and maintain consultant relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
