Organisational and Development Advisor - Gloucester - £37-42,500

Working as part of a large, modern and experienced people management function, this will be a broad and fast paced role that will call for an experienced HR/OD professional.

This assignment will focus on OD, Training, ER, Policy, Pay and Reward.

Key responsibilitiesto include:

Work closely with the OD Manager and a number of key Business Partners to develop innovative workforce development initiatives
Assume a lead role on OD and workforce projects working closely with HR Advisors
Ensure effective delivery of L&D programs
Advise on workforce quality standards
Data analysis to identify workforce development opportunities
Take a professional lead on equality and diversity delivery throughout the business
Develop and implement effective frameworks to evaluate the impact of development solutions
