The Student Experience Team is responsible for the effective delivery of all administrative tasks associated with learning and teaching, and is committed to supporting an excellent experience for all our students.

As a Student Experience Officer within the team, you will be responsible for a number of areas within that process.

The ability to work autonomously and as an effective team member are essential to this role.

You will take the lead on student engagement processes, working with other colleagues in the Student Experience team, to monitor student attendance and engagement, communicate with students, and identify complex or recurrent cases for referral.

You will manage the online submission of assessments, logging penalties and ensuring engagement trackers and assessment records are updated.

You will work cohesively across the Student Experience Team providing support to colleagues in periods of peak workloads and ensuring cover in absence, to provide an outstanding service to both staff and students.
