About the role- To create and execute the commercial plan for a portfolio of three Coffee and QSR brands, to deliver EBITDA growth from likeforlike sales.
- Success will be delivered through great coaching and relationship development with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analysis of each brand, product by product and unit by unit to ensure forecast delivery is achieved.
- Submit proposed sales and gross margin activities to the wider commercial and operations teams in weekly/monthly trade meetings
- Manage the planned growth of each brand across our clients national estate
- Monitor competitor and brand partner activity
- Proactively find ways to stay ahead of the market
- Proven experience in a stakeholder management position
- A passion for driving trade and standards
For our clients Commercial Manager role our the salary is up to £65,000 plus bonus, car and benefits
