The Finance Assistant (Hybrid) will be responsible for:
Circa invoices to be uploaded
Timely response to internal and external customers
Supporting the Management Accountant with AD HOC duties
Processing monthly supplier payment runs
Reconciling credit cards
Updating the cash flow statements weekly.
Reconciling and maintaining supplier records and statements


Profile

The Graduate Finance Assistant (Hybrid) will:

  • Have previous experience in a purchase ledger role
  • Have ambitions to progress within finance
  • Live in a commutable distance from Ely
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be highly organised
  • Be comfortable working accurately to multiple deadlines
