The Stores and Supplies team provides fundamental support to operational and support personnel across HIWFRS, by providing uniform, PPE, and equipment.

We are a team of 7 and work closely with other departments across Operational Assets and the wider service.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Assistant to join our team.

This role will be embedded within our Stores and Supplies team and will work closely with the Stores and Supplies Manager, primarily supporting with customer and supplier orders, reporting, and updating manual and electronic databases and systems.

The role requires a professional approach and the ability to work proactively to pre-empt the needs of the Service. Please see further details of the administrative and general support responsibilities within the job description.
