My client is expanding their account management team in Wellingborough, which gives them the opportunity to appoint a further account manager who can use their influencing, customer service and negotiating skills to retain and grow revenue from a range ofaccounts.


You must be confident, credible and with energy and optimism you will build up an expert knowledge of each customer, seeking out new opportunities to sell new products and services that will help their clients achieve their exhibiting objectives.


You'll be dealing with decision makers at all levels, developing and influencing powerful customer relationships and working effectively with their New Business Managers to ensure an integrated approach to customer care as accounts are transitioned intoyour control.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of managing a portfolio of key accounts
  • A good knowledge of B2B sales within a commercially driven environment and an indepth understanding of the sales cycle
  • Ideally a background in a creative agency or similar environment (signage, shop fitting, design, POS etc) that gives the ability and flair to suggest commercially creative solutions that meet and exceed clients exhibiting solutions
  • Proven experience and a talent for relationship building
  • An ability to professionally liaise with decision makers
  • A "can do" mentality, coupled with a really positive outlook and unlimited enthusiasm


The role will be based from their Wellingborough office with an occasional need to travel to client meetings, exhibitions and trade shows.

A full valid driving licence is therefore a requirement of the role.
