Description

Our friendly, supportive and hard working practice is looking for a competent, reliable and resilient person to join an established team of receptionists.

You should have excellent communication skills, a high degree of customer focus and computer literacy.

Experience within a medical practice with knowledge of EMIS and Docman would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Your ability to use your initiative, multi task, work under pressure and be an effective part of a small team is essential.

Flexibility is required to assist in covering holidays or other absence.

The position is for 15 hours per week (worked over a combination of 3 mornings and afternoons 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 6pm - likely to be Monday morning and Thursday and Friday afternoons)
