Lilian Faithfull Care is a well-established charity based in Gloucestershire that provides care, support and a home for Life for the elderly.

Responsibilities of a Receptionist:

To offer support to the staff, residents and Relatives by manning reception area providing a reception service to the home
Supporting the care staff on the weekends by providing admin support; answering the telephone, archiving documentation & helping to facilitate weekend visits for the residents with their families.
To show prospective residents/families/professionals around the Home. Keep records of potential residents and send out brochures.
Ensure the reception area is kept safe, clean and tidy
Any other Administrative duties as required by the Home Manager

Requirements:

A genuine interest in working within a caring environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Work well in a team
Good Planning Skills
Strong administrative skills
