Description

Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of repairs and maintenance services to the social housing sector, with a reputation for excellence in delivering high-quality services.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Multi to join our team.

As a Carpenter Multi, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of carpentry work, including first and second fix carpentry, kitchen fitting, roofing, and door/window repairs.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, carrying out repairs and maintenance to occupied and void properties to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities:

Undertake all aspects of carpentry work, including first and second fix carpentry, kitchen fitting, roofing, and door/window repairs.
Carry out repairs and maintenance to occupied and void properties to the highest standards, ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to customer satisfaction.
Provide a professional, customerfocused service at all times.
Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.
You will be working on a variety of jobs, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating, and other general maintenance tasks

Key skills and experience required:

A recognised trade qualification in carpentry, such as City & Guilds or NVQ.
Extensive experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering highquality carpentry work.
Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, including first and second fix carpentry, kitchen fitting, roofing, and door/window repairs.
Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Full UK driving licence.
