Salary:


YEAR 1 - £25K + OTE (45K)

YEAR 2 - £35K + OTE (70K)

YEAR 3 - £55K + OTE (100K+)

The Role -Trainee Recruitment Consultant:


  • Sourcing talent via networking, headhunting and advertising
  • Be able to grow your network by reaching out on LinkedIn

  • Attending client meetings

Requirements - Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

  • 2:1 from a top university
  • Sales experience preferred but not essential
  • Financially driven
