We are a consulting firm based in Liverpool city centre.

We work with a wide array of brands and companies in order to enhance their customer experience whilst simultaneously driving revenue on behalf and results.


Although no previous experience is required, if you have worked in retail, hospitality or customer service before this could be a great next step in your career.


We are looking for someone who can:

  • Fosters an environment that will put client experience at the centre.
  • Successfully manage clientfacing interactions and establish strong customer relationships
  • Have a professional, approachable manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Use problem solving skills to create and offer solutions to customers of varied complexity
  • Brand development representing our clients' brands in a professional manner with the aim of increasing their exposure
  • Provide support and education to customers about our clients products and services

Requirements:


  • Able to commute to Liverpool City Centre (in person role)
  • Right to work in the UK

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,806.00-£24,664.00 per year
