We are recruiting for Senior Locality Administrator who wishes to join our Locality Admin Hub at #TeamIOWNHS.

You should share our passion and drive to ensure that our patients receive quality and compassionate care and work with us to ensure the Trust continues its journey towards great people, great place.

Locality Admin Hubs support busy, dynamic and developing teams, such as Community Nursing, Locality Therapies, Community Clinics and other services as we move towards working together in a more integrated way.

Duties are varied ranging from patient contact (by phone and in person), to updating patient records, to ensuring clinicians have the stock and equipment they need to provide the best service to patients.

People are at the centre of everything we do and we make a difference every day supporting the teams that aim to prevent or reduce hospitalisation and maintain people's independence in their own homes.
