Description
1. Responsible for preparing breakfast, to meet residents' needs. Cleaning up afterwards.


  • Preparing, cooking and following daily menu to a good high standard.
  • Keeping kitchen clean and tidy at all times. Following daily cleaning rota.
  • Signing all charts relating to kitchen duties.
  • With aid of staff, serving dinner for staff to give to residents.
  • Preparing vegetables for next day.
  • Putting away deliveries if on duty that day.
  • Preparing tea (as per menu).
  • Not leaving kitchen until all work is completed and kitchen left clean and tidy, as per Food Hygiene practices and requirements. Leaving out bread/meat required for the following day.
  • Making sure all rules and regulations are carried out in the kitchen.
Correct uniform worn, hats and aprons.


Salary:
£10.40-£10.98 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
