About the Company
An prestigious investment bank is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their friendly team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

They are looking for a proactive individual who is able to deal with technicalissues in a pressurised and time sensitive environment while maintaining a high quality of customer service.

Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Reviewing, implementing, and resolving technical issues effectively
  • Providing support to clients both onsite and remotely
  • Managing client accounts, responding to client issues and raising tickets accordingly
  • Providing support for complex systems and working closely with the Support and Infrastructure Team.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting routers and firewalls
  • Configuring servers, users, and PC's
Essential Skills and personal qualities

  • 2 years relevant experience in an IT role
  • Experience supporting Active Directory, Windows and O365
