Salary:
£18-25k gross per annum


ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our Client is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their small, friendly team.


THE ROLE/ DUTIES:

As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with general enquiries from clients and third parties
  • Chasing providers for funds and information
  • Providing admin support and providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Submitting new business and fund transfers
  • Sending correspondence and requesting detailed information from providers
  • Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations using specific processes and systems
  • Setting up client meetings
  • Producing client annual review letters
  • Managing the CRM system and ensuring all clients records are kept up to date.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:


  • Be highly organised, able to work on own initiative and great at prioritising workload
  • Positive / Professional
  • Experience of administration role, ideally within Financial Services sector
  • Interest of financial services
  • Excellent IT and Communication Skills
