AdministratorAre you a motivated, highly organised individual with strong written and verbal communication skills looking to join an established yet growing Bristol based business who offer an excellent working environment as part of a welcoming team?
This is a varied role where you will be supporting the supply chain and purchasing activities of a leading engineering business.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the availability of products and materials inline with orders working with the engineering and sales teams
- Review purchasing and ordering documentation to ensure accuracy
- Organise suppliers and orders to efficiently manage stock levels
- Producing reports and providing information for the wider business
You will have the following skills / experience:
- Highly organised and self starting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Any experience within supply chain/ procurement beneficial but NOT essential
