Social Media Content Quality Specialist (with German) Main Duties

Manage projects and perform quality checks on assigned projects
Conduct data and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare reports
Support company's efforts to ensure safe content is published on the platform
Closely collaborate with different crossfunctional teams (QA, SEO, Labelling, Safety, Artificial Intelligence /AI & model training)
Train internal team, newcomers, BPO agent and vendors to understand content policies
Ensure optimization of search function for users
Update internal policies when needed

Social Media Content Quality Specialist with German - Requirements:

Fluency in German and English required
Previous experience in quality assurance or content moderation is essential
Background in Data processing, RCA, SME, Search Engine Optimization, QA policy writing
BA degree or equivalent education in Digital marketing, linguistics, QC
Exposure to online and social media safety or content labelling is a real plus
Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
Good MS office Skills
Excellent communication skills, logical and collaborative mindset
An interest in social media is highly recommended
Willing to work with sensitive content
