Operational Manager - Responsive Repairs.

Permanent position.

Circa £34,488

The Operational Manager will be for responsible for providing a high quality, customer focused and value for money property repairs and maintenance service that ensures compliance with all legislation and regulations through the effective leadership of bothdirectly employed teams and third party contractors.

To continuously improve the service and to contribute to the delivery of the repairs and Asset Management strategy.

To manage sub-contractors and internal operatives to deliver a high quality repair service to the customers, residents and leaseholders of FCHO and other Organisations, across all contracts and service areas within the Property Care team.

Performance manage the team, & sub-contractors. Dealing with sickness, disciplinary, performance, H&S issues, and other legal obligations in a timely and appropriate manner.
