My client is an independent international organisation, head-quartered in the UK and working globally to prevent violent conflict and build peace.

This organisation operates on a not-for-profit basis with partners across the world. Their priority is people
- they believe in a world where everyone can lead peaceful lives free from fear and insecurity.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all for all People Systems, Processes and interpretation of policies and procedures.

The role is responsible for managing the people policies and procedures, and providing tools to assist staff and managerswith good practice and legal framework and providing training on current and new People systems.

This position will report to the Head of People, as well as receiving guidance from and mentoring from People Business Partners.
