Band 10 - £37,261 - £39,493 per annum

Full time 37hrs per week
(fixed term until December 2024)

Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough


West Lindsey District Council are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic officer to join the team to ensure the successful planning and delivery of change and project management initiatives within the Council.

We're looking to recruit a personable, organised and energetic individual who will work across the Council with key stakeholders. Experience of working in a project environment is essential.


This is an exciting time to join the team and help deliver the ambitions of West Lindsey District Council as we aim to manage the delivery of a variety of change related projects.


You will need to be a strong team player with the ability to prioritise your workload and positively contribute to a constantly evolving busy service, identify improvements and progress those through to completion.
