Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months (Full time Monday - Friday).


Purpose of the job

  • To support the wider team with administrative / operational tasks

Duties

Member & guest relations

  • Log complaints, feedback and compliments using database
  • Acknowledge, investigate, and respond to complaints within current SLA target with guidance from the manager

Operational tasks

  • To be responsible for delegated coordination tasks i.e., suppliers, databases
  • Provide additional assistance and support when required for ad hoc tasks/ projects
  • Update in house information, Process/policy documents in conjunction with Manager and team
  • To assist with any tasks as required to support the Team at the request of Team Manager
  • Support the Induction programme
  • Support the Annual Uniform top up supply to staff

Sites system support

  • To provide support to the wider and external teams
  • To assist with bookings and liaising with Commercial and Finance Teams
  • Communicating multiple teams in relation to pricing, booking confirmations and updates
  • Sharing information with various teams in a timely manner, following current processes
  • To support data loading (inc. allocation) as required, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data loaded

Other

  • Take ownership of own personal development, learning and maintaining an uptodate knowledge of processes, procedures and systems necessary to carry out the role

Essential skills & experience required

  • Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach by telephone
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and aptitude to work to deadlines and react to dynamic workload
  • Ability to adapt to new systems/change/procedures as required
  • Ability to react spontaneously help others in the delivery of their work if required to meet deadlines
  • Able to participate as a team player or work autonomously
  • Able to participate as a full team player, contribute effectively and actively listen to others input
  • Proficient IT skills including Google Sheets
