Learning & Development Specialist

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of our learning and development programmes and initiatives across the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring new hires get off to the very best start with Understanding and you will play a key role in their pre-boardingand onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting all activities related to learning and development, including:
- Lead training sessions with impact, utilising recent examples from across the business to bring theory to life
- Ensure a firstclass onboarding experience for joiners at every level
- Proactively spot trends, gaps and issues across the sales floor and report back to the Head of L&D
- Managing our mentoring programme.
- Enable the L&D team to be at the forefront of L&D and recruitment trends through regular research and learning which is then shared with the L&D team
- Research, review & create new training content, in line with our guidelines
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience required
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently.
- Attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
- Previous training experience not required
Salary:
£35,000 + OTE + amazing benefits
