Learning & Development Specialist

Have you got Recruitment experience but looking for a change?

Do you love working in the fast-paced recruitment environment but want to use your skills elsewhere?

The Role:


Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of our learning and development programmes and initiatives across the business.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone looking to take their first step into a training role.

You will be responsible for ensuring new hires get off to the very best start with Understanding and you will play a key role in their pre-boardingand onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

Supporting all activities related to learning and development, including:

  • Lead training sessions with impact, utilising recent examples from across the business to bring theory to life
  • Ensure a firstclass onboarding experience for joiners at every level
  • Proactively spot trends, gaps and issues across the sales floor and report back to the Head of L&D
  • Managing our mentoring programme.
  • Enable the L&D team to be at the forefront of L&D and recruitment trends through regular research and learning which is then shared with the L&D team
  • Research, review & create new training content, in line with our guidelines

What we're looking for:


  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience required
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
  • Previous training experience not required

Salary:
£35,000 + OTE + amazing benefits
