Connect365 is an innovative and expanding company delivering leading telecommunication-based solutions to a diverse range of customers with a mission to empower business mobility.

The purpose of this role is to support the business development team on boarding new customers from an operational perspective and then assuming control and managing internal processes, systems, and operational support of the customers.


Responsibilities

  • To have overall responsibility for maintaining and improving all provisioning and support systems
  • Be responsible for onboarding new customers and products selected including mobiles, hosted phone solutions, data connectivity and Microsoft Teams enablement
  • Managing portals from uploading initial transactional data and following the system through to implementation and beyond
  • Proactively managing and developing customer accounts, identifying key areas of optimisation and opportunities
  • Be first point of contact for customer queries and faults and ensure swift resolutions are achieved
  • Implement and monitor mobile usage alerts & spend thresholds on the mobile portal
  • Conduct regular service review calls for key accounts
  • Own all aspects of billing, from initial set up on the portal to managing invoice reconciliation prior to release
  • Own the lifecycle of all billing queries and issues and see through to resolution
  • Produce monthly management information reports to our highlevel accounts from the data available on the relevant portals
  • To be proactive in improving systems, support, and day to day operations
  • To develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, internal support teams, suppliers, and stakeholders alike

  • Excellent MS Office skills such as VLOOKUP
  • A proactive team member

  • Can suggest and implement improvements
  • Ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks
  • To care about the job, they are doing and take pride in all they do
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • To have a cando attitude and be willing to undertake new tasks and responsibilities
Desirable

  • It would be good to have previous telecoms experience, but this is not essential as you can be trained on the systems and the role
  • Experience in telecoms billing
