What you'll be doing
As a
Systems & Process Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage systems and processes which support the wider Procurement group
- Deliver improvements to the current systems and processes
- Drive compliance across the business
- Train and support colleagues on best way to use systems
- Reporting
- Promote Procurement as an expert function within the business
- Engage key stakeholders both internal and external building strong relationships across multiple business functions and our supply chain

- Excellent excel/reporting/documentation skills
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience of process improvement in a large organisation
- Highly customer focused

- Independent worker with high degree professionalism and integrity
- Effective teamworking abilities
The following qualities/experience are desirable:
- Experience of operating within finance or procurement, with operational knowledge of and exposure to P2P (Procure to Pay), Business systems & processes, including Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business System) & Jaggaer or similar eProcurement system.
