Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner

  • Adult's Locality Team

You will need to be:


  • SWE registered
  • Eligible to work in the UK
Manage the Duty Team

Ensure that phone calls are answered and actioning appropriately

Making referrals to other agencies and other team within the organisation such Brokerage, Finance Team, appointeeship, safeguarding team.

Ensure Emergency visits are responded appropriately

Ensure Safeguarding referral visa Duty are screened and recorded appropriately

To Support the management to Quality Assure, Care Act Assessments, Support plans, Review and Mental Capacity Assessment as and when required
