Complementary Therapy Volunteer - Macmillan Information Centre

Can you spare up to 4 hours a week? Are you an experienced Reiki practitioner, who would like to support eligible individuals within our Macmillan Information Centre.

Our volunteers are invaluable part of the hospital team.

Working with us in a volunteering role means you're playing a part in making a difference to our patients and their families.

We are looking for volunteers to support in Macmillan Information Centre provide complementary therapies to eligible individuals via the KGH Macmillan Information Centre.

Volunteers will need to have appropriate professional qualifications, membership and / or registration for complementary therapy.

Macmillan Complementary Therapy volunteers provide complementary therapies to eligible individuals via the KGH Macmillan Information Centre.

Volunteers must have professional qualifications, membership and / or registration for the complementary therapy they undertake, and must have their own professional indemnity insurance (checked yearly).

Registration must be with either the Complementary and Natural Therapy Council or Federation of Holistic Therapists
