IT Project Manager
This is an oportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a UK leading name within retail.

Contract - 7 months:

Rate - £650 - £700 p/d Inside IR35:


  • Remote working
  • Contact Centre /Commerce experience (5 years+) working in Retail or FMCGStrong commerce / Retail implementation experience is key, ideally with Salesforce Commerce and Service Cloud
  • Experience in managing 3rd party vendorsExperience of working with outsourced solutions and providers
  • Proactive approach to work and takes ownership
  • Ability to find and support innovative ways of solving or preempting problems
  • Personable & approachable, building strong relationships within the team and within the wider business whilst role modelling behaviours and leadership style
  • Confident in style, and able to challenge and persuade stakeholders when needed

Responsibilites:


  • Support the Programme Manager with overall delivery of the programme
  • Oversee and provide quality assurance of the technology delivery plan for Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Manage the requirements for change within the clients technology estate to support delivery of the solution
  • Representation of the project workstream at standup meetings and work with the programme PMO to input into the weekly programme board meetings.
  • Accountable for all aspects of delivery of the project workstream, including dependency management, risk and issues, budget tracking and owning the close down
  • Plan the project and proactively monitor its progress, reassess priorities, resolve resource conflicts, and agree modifications to scope
  • Ensure the project implements capabilities which measurably meet the requirements and strategic needs of our business
  • Proactively manage communications with stakeholders
  • Manage the project budget to ensure business benefits are achieved in a costefficient manner
  • Provide strong leadership and manage the performance of the project delivery teams (inhouse and 3rd party partners)
  • Manage schedule and resource dependencies to mitigate potential conflict between programmes to keep timelines on track
