JOB TITLE:
TEMPORARY WORKER RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac's "Nine Life Saving Rules".
  • Continually improve the Resourcing team service.
  • Contribute to bids and tenders.
  • Collaborate with other Deployment Hub functions to ensure personnel are onboarded, mobilized and demobilized compliantly.
  • Ensure team have development plans to build capability and ensure succession planning across all roles.
  • Attend customer meetings as required.
  • Ensure adequate resources are in place to maintain service delivery.
  • Ensure processes, procedures, and Standard Work Instructions (SWI's) are in place and are adhered to by having an audit process/schedule in place.
  • Ensure reports are provided to customers as a means of updating on service delivery.
  • Define, implement, and evolve KPI's to measure resourcing team performance and drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements.
  • Creating, developing and implementing talent attraction strategies for Petrofac brand
  • Complex problemsolving using analysis and judgement to make sensible business decisions which rely on the interpretation of ambiguous employment legislation. Knowledge and understanding of precedents and previous legal decisions is required, along with a broad and objective viewpoint to ensure future consequences are fully considered. Providing advice to Hiring Managers to ensure they act legally and equitably. Identifying and taking mitigating action against any circumstances which may result in a breach of legislation, particularly with regards compliance with the provisions of the Equality Act.
  • Escalation point for any temporary worker issues across the client groups managed by other team members. Accountable for the satisfactory resolution of problems.
  • Define, develop, implement, and evolve the Adhoc resourcing strategy considering all types of projects.
  • Contribute to Deployment Hub strategic plan to achieve business excellence.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Relevant recruitment qualifications at minimum level 3 or CIPD and/or extensive experience of recruitment in Oil & Gas in a Supervisor/strategic role.
  • Management/leadership qualification and/or minimum years of experience of leading a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding and experience of recruitment legislation including IR3
  • Demonstrable experience of innovative approaches to recruitment.
  • Delivery of firstclass customer service.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive projects.
  • Team building and ongoing team work ethos/environment.
