We are delighted to be working with an excellent Medical Systems business who is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their Southend-on-Sea based team, supporting the sustainable profitable growth of the company.

No prior first-hand experience ina data analysis role is necessary as this is an incredible hybrid opportunity to develop your skills and be involved in a great team.


Main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Using internal systems and data to make recommendations for changes and improvements within the business
  • Ensuring data is accurately represented to ensure well informed decision making
  • Supporting the generation of successful business intelligence
  • Working with both internal and external sources to meet business requirements
  • Supporting the finance team in putting together deal proposals

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have an advanced or intermediate understanding of SQL query writing
  • Experience using PowerBI, Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft office 365, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good project management skills and enthusiasm working within a team
