Description

One of the most successful independent finance businesses in the UK is seeking a Collections Executive to join a small team to collect primarily overdue lease hire contracts, but also hire purchase agreements and overdue unregulated loan agreements, both consumer and B2B.


Overview:

Specialising in a range of business solutions for SME businesses nationwide they are a dynamic, professional organisation that offers flexible funding solutions to their clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Telephoning customers who are in arrears with a view to making a onecall resolution
  • Taking payments over the telephone
  • Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts.
  • Dealing with inbound general customer service queries regarding existing agreements
  • Issuing copy invoices, statements and any other paperwork as and where applicable

Experience:


  • An excellent telephone manner is required
  • Must be a good team player
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Confident
  • Polite
  • Articulate
  • Well presented

Working hours
