This is an exciting time for the Hull 0-19 service, with opportunities to influence and innovate as we work towards an ambitious plan to enhance the current service with a new service specification awarded to Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.


We are looking to recruit to a number of Health Visiting posts - which will be based across a variety of locations in Hull.

We can offer full or part-time working patterns alongside a supportive preceptorship and orientation programmes.

Applicants are required to be committed to providing the best possible service to children, young people and families. They should demonstrate willingness to develop and maintain integrated services.
